You will need: a soft measuring tape (or a piece of string or shoelace if you don't have one). Wrap the tape measure around your wrist snugly but comfortably, without being too tight. The measurement you get is your wrist size. ※ Crystal Care Instructions? Occasional contact with water during daily life is acceptable, but it is not recommended to wear while showering or swimming. Avoid contact with chemicals, as prolonged exposure to detergents or chemical agents can damage the crystals and diminish their luster.
