• Loose threads are normal and can be trimmed.
• Please avoid snagging or pulling the product.
• Hand wash only (for straw hats, wiping is recommended). Gently rinse with cold water and neutral detergent, then air dry naturally (avoid direct sunlight).
• Can be ironed at low temperature; keep dry when not in use.
• Do not tumble dry, soak, or hang to prevent fading or deformation.
● Handmade items naturally bear traces of craftsmanship; no two pieces will be exactly alike.
● Handmade items are not 100% perfect or identical. Please consider carefully if you are a perfectionist.
● Colors may appear slightly different on different phone screens and due to individual perception. Please refrain from ordering if this is a concern.
● Handmade items require gentle care and should not be pulled or rubbed forcefully to avoid damage.
● To support environmental protection and reduce plastic use, some packaging materials may be upcycled or reused. We strive to minimize single-use materials. Perfectionists, please consider carefully.
● Handmade items are not eligible for unconditional returns or refunds within seven days. If you encounter any issues with your received item, please message us to discuss.
● All items come with a one-year warranty. Non-human-induced damage within one year can be repaired free of charge (please send photos for assessment).
