Lantau Taberu (1st issue) Pineapple

Lantau Taberu (大嶼食通信) is a branded magazine rediscovering the stories of food in the Lantau. Inspired by Japanese and Taiwan experiences, subscribers will get the magazine and the featured produce on Lantau Island. Interacting directly with local producers, the magazine discovers producers’ stories and rewrites Lantau’s narrative. By featuring local produce in different seasons, Lantau Taberu presents a fuller picture of what farming and the social economy would be like in the largest island in Hong Kong. The first issue was featuring Ho's Fruit Garden which produce high quality of WongPee and Pineapple. The magazine is in Chinese only.
