- Please arrive 3-5 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the environment and adjust to a relaxed mood for class.
- All materials and tools on the day will be prepared by the studio (you can bring your own usual tools). You can bring your own reusable bags of appropriate size to facilitate taking back your works.
- If classes do not start or classes are suspended for any reason, you will be notified by email or mobile phone and refunded.

About event cancellation and refund
- If the course changes due to force majeure factors such as the organizer or natural disasters and the students are unable to participate in the original course, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- If students are unable to attend the class for some reason, they can transfer their qualifications to friends to participate, or contact the studio in advance to inform them of the time to pick up flowers. No refunds will be accepted.
- If the current course time cannot be accommodated, you are welcome to message us to make an appointment for another course. We will consider it as a reference for subsequent course arrangements.
