Packaging itself is not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles exhibit natural variations in texture and color across different areas or due to seasons (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color variations are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings; the actual product is the standard. Handmade items may have international standard allowable errors and unavoidable measurement differences of 1-3 cm. 10. Co-branded products are officially authorized.
