Meditation Mist Directions for Use: Body Massage Oil Usage: 1. Ideal for use after cleansing or exfoliating the skin. 2. Unscrew the cap and inner stopper to begin. Add 100% pure essential oils sparingly if desired. 3. Massage: Use 5cc-10cc per application, starting with a localized area and gradually expanding. The ideal massage duration is 10-15 minutes. For the Curves series massage oils, a warm bath or shower beforehand is recommended to increase body temperature and metabolism. Can be used in conjunction with a body brush. 4. Bath: Use 10cc mixed with 10cc of hydrotherapy bath oil essence in a bathtub with water at 42°C for 10-15 minutes. 5. Hot Compress: Apply 5cc directly to the affected area and cover with a hot towel for 3-5 minutes (reheat the towel as it cools). 6. Can be used with tools for Gua Sha, meridian massage, cupping, and Tui Na. Precautions: * Due to differences in essential oil concentration and formulation for face and body, do not use body-specific products on the face. * For sensitive skin, perform a patch test first. For allergic skin, choose oil-free options. Essential Oil Mist Usage: 1. Remove the cap and use (assemble the new straw yourself if needed). Press until air is expelled from the straw. 2. Spray 3-5 times in each desired space. 3. Each 100ML bottle provides approximately 600 sprays. 4. This is an essential oil mist designed for fabrics. Spray on pillows, bed linens, curtains, and sofas. 5. Suitable for use in living rooms, studies, bedrooms, bathrooms, and entryways. 6. Due to the rapid evaporation of natural essential oils, reapply approximately every 2 hours. Precautions: * Natural essential oils may not fully dissolve in water; shake well before use. * As the product is made from natural ingredients, avoid contact with skin and pets to prevent any allergic reactions. * The mist product is packaged in aluminum bottles. To ensure mist quality, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight. * Some essential oils have natural colors; avoid spraying on white fabrics. 100% Pure Essential Oil Usage: 1.
