Returns and exchanges are only accepted for new, "unwashed" items. As this is a personal hygiene product, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the item has been washed. 2. Cherry Pads are purely handmade. Minor loose threads, slight size variations, or fabric creases are considered normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. Every item series is photographed from actual products; please understand that patterns may vary slightly depending on the cut of the fabric. 4. For detailed instructions on use, cleaning, and patent information, please refer to the official Cherry Pad website. 5. Repairs for buttons are provided for purchases made across any of the four Happy King marketplaces. If a button falls off, it can be repaired (the customer is only responsible for round-trip shipping costs). Please do not discard your pads; send us a private message if you require a repair. Gentle Reminder: Before using your new items for the first time, please be sure to wash them with "neutral detergent" and thoroughly spin-dry before hanging to dry. Because colored cotton is a natural material, it is not color-fixed. During the first wash, a very small amount of light brown color may release; this is a characteristic of natural colored cotton and not a dye. (Much like how leaves release green sap or squeezed fruit releases its own color.) Although this light brown tint is often barely visible to the naked eye, it can flow downward while drying, potentially leaving water stains on the fabric. Using a neutral detergent will carry away this color and prevent it from staining your pad's patterned fabric, so please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function on your washing machine will effectively remove excess moisture and accelerate drying, which also helps prevent water stains. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues caused by failure to follow these cleaning instructions.
