Please be patient as your custom order is being crafted. ☆ Repair Scope: Repairable parts include metal clasps and stitching. However, wear and tear from personal use, scratches, discoloration, or contact with alcohol/cleaning agents cannot be repaired. ☆ Animals, during their growth, may acquire "growth marks" such as injuries from falls, insect bites, vaccinations, or branding. These leave marks on their skin, which are natural imprints. This also applies to variations in leather grain due to different body parts of the animal. Such scars and grain marks are inevitable on leather products and are a unique characteristic of genuine leather. Please refrain from ordering if you cannot accept these. ☆ About Color Differences: Each piece of leather may have color variations due to the animal's growth, origin, breed, and tanning process. Color differences may also occur during photography. Please refrain from ordering if you cannot accept these conditions. ☆ The colored leather in Te Leather products is hand-dyed, so each batch may not be exactly the same color. If you are concerned about leather color variations, please do not place an order. However, this is also what makes hand-dyed leather uniquely charming. Please ensure you can accept this before customizing. ☆ Waxed Series: The waxed series involves applying a layer of wax to the leather. With daily use, the wax will gradually wear off naturally, creating a vintage look. ☆ Chestnut Series: The Chestnut series uses vegetable-tanned brown leather. Each piece of leather will have slight color variations. During production, we will create a similar color scheme based on the chestnut tone you prefer during our discussion (exact matches are not possible). Please only order if you can accept this. ☆☆ Daruma Series - Hand-applied Gold Leaf & Color: The gold leaf and coloring on the Daruma series are meticulously hand-applied stroke by stroke. There will inevitably be a handmade feel to the coloring, so please only order if you appreciate this artisanal touch. ☆ It is normal for some gold leaf to wear off with daily use; the gold application will still be visible. ☆ Regarding hand engraving: Each character is individually stamped onto the leather by hand. There will be a slight handmade feel, and it may not be perfectly uniform like machine engraving. Please only order if you can accept this characteristic. ☆⚠️⚠️ Do not use any alcohol, bleach, detergents, solvents, polishes, or waxes containing chemical ingredients. These products will harden and fade the leather surface, significantly shortening its lifespan. ☆ In daily use, if the leather comes into contact with oil or grease, it will leave deeper marks that cannot be restored to their original appearance. Therefore, please avoid exposing the leather surface to oil or grease during daily use. ☆ Daily Water Contact: Rainwater or splashes from washing hands are not a cause for concern. Water marks are normal traces of daily use.
