After graduating from the Institute of British and American Literature at Fu Jen Catholic University, in 2010, in order to realize my dream of baking, I set off to the French Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, and passed the primary, intermediate and advanced pastry certificates within one year. Since I lived in England and France during my studies, the elegant European style of life has deeply influenced me and my creation. I married an American husband in 2012, and the two lived together in Taiwan. I began to invest in research and development of various desserts, teaching sharing and recipe book writing.
