Style: The colors and figures in the illustration style are expressive and "non-realistic." The artist will adjust certain poses and expressions based on the overall feel of the artwork. Color Palette: Rami interprets the artwork using different color tones based on the reference photo. Please inform Rami in advance if you have any specific color preferences or dislikes. Background: No background (background painting can be added for an additional fee). Artwork Size: Approximately 15cm x 20cm (slight variations may occur due to manual trimming). Frame: Unframed (frame can be added for an additional fee). The artwork will be cropped to a bust portrait, excluding hand gestures. ‧ Ensure photos do not crop out the face, hair, top of the head, ears, etc. ‧ Please send original, high-resolution photo files for best results. Please place your order for the desired item(s) and send the photo(s) you wish to have painted via the message function. Include any text or messages you would like added (English is recommended; dates are also suitable). 2. Payment will be confirmed after we verify the artwork photo and text with you. 3. Working days are calculated starting from the next business day after payment is received. Working days are: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Taiwan's national holidays. To ensure quality, each custom painting takes a maximum of 10 working days to complete, meaning your item will be "shipped out" by the 10th working day at the latest. (If completed earlier, it will be shipped out sooner :)) ※ If you have specific time constraints, you can message Rami in advance to discuss the "shipping out" date. Rami will do her best to accommodate your request if possible. :) 4. Shipping time is beyond Rami's control, and we cannot guarantee the duration or any unforeseen events. Therefore, discussions will focus on the "shipping out" date. For international shipping outside of Taiwan, delivery usually takes 20 days or more. It can take even longer for regions like Europe and America. The completed artwork, if framed, will be protected with bubble wrap. Bubble wrap will be covered with old newspapers or magazines for cushioning and protection.
