As each item is made individually, the color and style of the waxed thread and buttons may vary depending on material availability. Customized Products (Special Orders) Orders are considered customized if they are made with specific leather or thread chosen by the customer, if custom text is engraved as requested, or if the product design is modified according to the customer's specifications. These items cannot be resold.
