Refrigeration: bake in 180 degree c oven for 10 minutes (recommended), or microwave for 2 minutes.
Freezing: Please refrigerate and thaw for 8 hours, or microwave for 1-2 minutes, then place in the oven at 180°C and bake for 10 minutes.
