Description
Bergamot is a citrus and cannot be eaten. It is a specialty of Italy. Because of the relationship between soil and climate, it is less common in other places and is not easy to grow. Essential oils distilled from immature bergamot peels are less effective, and it is best to extract them from mature peels.
