After numerous early explorations, Po Hsun HUANG embarked on his journey of artistic creation. In his collected works, he categorizes his artistic output into three main phases: "Rich Yet Lonely," "Smiling Explosion," and "Fleeting World Celebration." Primarily focusing on two-dimensional paintings, Huang discusses the reciprocal relationship between himself and his surrounding living environment. His works are characterized by vibrant palettes and distinct forms. Perhaps influenced by his ever-changing life circumstances and the warm sunshine of southern Taiwan, viewers often perceive a sense of bright transience, a quiet, solitary presence, and an ineffable uncertainty in his art. Of course, there is also an undeniable opulent warmth and luminous color. Currently, his paintings continue to be supported by collectors in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. He consistently participates in invited exhibitions and continues his creative endeavors year after year. In 2013, early works by Po Hsun HUANG were acquired by a national-level collection program.
