About VJ Wooden (PUUTALLI FI)
VJ Wooden is located in Kempele, a small town in the forests of northern Finland. The population here is quite sparse. Rivers and lakes surround this pure and primitive forest. With the special climate across the Arctic Circle, long winters and cold temperatures, trees can slowly grow in this pollution-free environment.
VJ Wooden has more than 80 skilled craftsmen, with excellent craftsmanship passed down a hundred years ago, using only the best wood in northern Finland to make woodware. These unique woodware materials include: rowan, birch and pine.
All products of VJ Wooden are produced in the country by traditional methods. Because of its high promotion of ecological value, the handicrafts produced do not contain any harmful substances. The high-quality wood grown in the Arctic climate does not actually need any chemical coatings, that is, it can be preserved in the simplest and purest way, so VJ Wooden's handmade woodware will not dissolve any harmful substances during the cooking process. These wooden products are also a product that is easy to maintain and handle. Simply apply edible oil after each use to easily maintain it.
