As each item is made individually, the color and style of the waxed thread and buttons may vary depending on material availability. This will not be accepted as grounds for returns, exchanges, remakes, or refunds, provided the actual functionality is not compromised. 3. Customized Products (Special Orders) Orders that involve selecting specific leather or thread colors, custom engraving of text, or modifications to the product design as per customer requests are considered custom orders and cannot be resold. Any excuses (such as disappointment with the product not meeting expectations, missing a gift-giving occasion due to postal delays, a less-than-smooth texture, or color discrepancies compared to screen images) will not be accepted as grounds for returns, exchanges, remakes, or refunds.
