Returns and exchanges must be in "brand new, unwashed" condition. As this is a personal hygiene product, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the item has been washed. 2. Cherry Pads are purely handmade; slight exposed threads, minor size variations, or fabric creases are considered normal. Perfectionists, please refrain from purchasing. 3. All product photos are taken from actual items. Please understand that pattern placement may vary slightly depending on the cut of the fabric. 4. For detailed instructions on use, cleaning, and patent information, please refer to the official Cherry Pad website. 5. We provide snap fastener repair services for products purchased through any of our four Happy King shops. If a fastener falls off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pad; if you require a repair, please contact us via private message. Reminder: Before using your new product, please be sure to wash it once with a "neutral detergent," then spin-dry and hang it to dry thoroughly. As colored cotton is a natural material, it is not color-fixed. During the first wash, a very small amount of light brownish color may bleed out; this is a characteristic of natural colored cotton and is not a result of dyeing. (Much like how leaves release green sap or pressed fruits release colored juice.) Although this light brownish color is barely visible to the naked eye, it can pool and leave water stains as it dries. Using a neutral detergent will help wash away the released color, preventing it from staining the patterned fabric surface; therefore, please do not wash with water only. Using your washing machine’s spin-dry cycle will help remove moisture effectively, accelerating the drying process and preventing water stains. We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues resulting from failure to follow these cleaning instructions.
