Handwashing is ideal, but machine washing is also acceptable. Turn the garment inside out and place it in a laundry bag to prevent stretching and deformation. * Do not use bleach, as its chemical components can damage the fabric structure and cause the paint to detach. * Allow hand-painted garments to air dry naturally. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and do not tumble dry on high heat, as this can cause cotton garments to shrink. * Avoid ironing hand-painted garments whenever possible. If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out, place a damp cloth over the painted area, and iron at a temperature not exceeding 60°C (140°F).
