How to Customize We can engrave a name or a short message just for you. Please choose your desired font from the attached font chart. Only one font style can be used per item. Just make a note of your choice during the checkout process! Engraving is limited to Chinese, English, and numbers only. We are unable to engrave other languages or patterns. Character Limit: Chinese + Numbers: 1-5 characters English + Numbers: 1-10 characters EX: Chinese: 木匠105 / English: C.Y.K. The font size, line spacing, and placement are fixed and cannot be adjusted. Custom orders require 3-5 business days (weekends not included). Production begins after payment is received, so please keep this in mind if you have a gift deadline! All customized products are engraved on solid wood. Unless there is a quality issue, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding. All items are specially made to order and are final sale (no returns or exchanges). The minimum font size is approximately 3mm. ※ Please Note: Items That Cannot Be Engraved: Falan Lion Clock, Phone Stand series, Monkey Bites Money, Calendar series, Robot Sharpener, T-Rex Piggy Bank, Window Light, etc. Special Placement: For the "Big Tree Storage Basin," the engraving is placed on the underside of the base due to the item's shape.
