The working days required will vary depending on the size and complexity of the item. Please be patient as your custom piece is being crafted. ☆ Repair Scope: We can repair parts such as snaps, hardware, and stitching. However, we cannot repair wear and tear, scratches, discoloration from use, or damage caused by contact with alcohol or cleaning agents. ☆ As animals grow, they may acquire "growth marks," such as scars from falls, insect bites, vaccinations, or branding by owners. These are natural imprints on their skin. This also applies to variations in grain patterns across different body parts of the animal. Leather products may inevitably bear such scars and grain marks; these are unique characteristics of genuine leather. If you are unable to accept these, please refrain from placing a custom order. ☆ About Color Differences: Each piece of leather may have color variations due to the animal's growth history, origin, breed, and tanning process. There may also be color differences during photography. If you cannot accept these conditions, please do not place a custom order. ☆ The colored leathers from Te Leather are hand-dyed, so each batch may not be exactly the same. If you are concerned about leather color variations, please do not place a custom order. However, this is also what makes hand-dyed leather uniquely charming. Please ensure you can accept this before placing your order. ☆ Waxed Series: The waxed series involves applying a layer of wax to the leather. With daily use, the wax will gradually wear off naturally, giving it a vintage aesthetic. ☆ Chestnut Series: The Chestnut series uses vegetable-tanned brown leather. Each piece of leather will have slight color variations. During production, we will create a similar color palette based on your preferred chestnut hue discussed during our consultation (exact replication is not possible). Please ensure you are agreeable to this before ordering. ☆☆ Daruma Series - Hand-Applied Gold Leaf & Color: The gold leaf application and coloring on the Daruma series are meticulously done by hand, stroke by stroke. There will be a discernible handmade quality to the coloring. If you appreciate this artisanal touch, please proceed with customization. ☆ It is normal for some gold leaf to wear off with daily use; the gold application will still be visible. ☆ Regarding Hand-Engraving: Each letter is individually hand-stamped onto the leather. There will be a certain handmade feel, and it will not be perfectly uniform like machine engraving. If you can appreciate this artisanal quality, please proceed with customization. ☆⚠️⚠️ Please strictly avoid using any cleaning products containing chemical ingredients such as alcohol, bleach, detergents, solvents, polishes, or waxes. These substances can cause the leather surface to harden, fade, and significantly shorten the leather's lifespan. ☆ In daily use, if the leather comes into contact with oil or grease, it will leave deeper marks that cannot be restored to their original state. Therefore, please be mindful to avoid contact with oil or grease on the leather surface during daily use. ☆ Daily Water Exposure: Exposure to everyday water, such as rainwater or splashes from washing hands, need not be a concern. Watermarks are normal signs of daily use.
