If it is dirty, rinse it with water, because we use natural wool, it is not recommended to poke with soap, just rinse with water and dry!
Don't poke vigorously!
If the surface has miscellaneous hairs is a natural phenomenon, you can trim it slightly with scissors, or use a special needle for wool felt to gently poke the surface to repair it!
