Returns and exchanges must be in "brand new, unwashed" condition. As this is a personal hygiene product, it cannot be returned or exchanged once washed. 2. Cherry Cloth Pads are handmade; slight loose threads or minor variations in size are normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. Each product is photographed in-kind. Please understand that patterns may vary slightly depending on the position of the fabric cut. 4. For more detailed information on usage, cleaning, and patents, please refer to the official Cherry Cloth Pad website. 5. Repairs for snaps are provided for all purchases made across our four Happy King storefronts. If a snap comes off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your pad; feel free to message us if you require a repair. Important Reminder: Before using your new product for the first time, be sure to wash it once with a "neutral detergent," then spin-dry and air-dry thoroughly. Because colored cotton is a natural material, the color is not easily fixed. During the first wash, a very small amount of light brown color may release; this is a characteristic of colored cotton, not a dye. (Much like how leaves release green sap or pressed fruits release colored juices.) While this light brown shade is often barely visible to the naked eye, it can flow downward during drying, potentially leaving water stains once dry. Neutral detergent will help remove this released color, preventing it from staining the fabric of your pad, so please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function on your washing machine will help remove excess moisture and speed up the drying process, which helps prevent water stains. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for product issues resulting from failure to read the usage instructions or failure to follow the cleaning guidelines.
