Care Instructions | * Sterling silver jewelry without plating, due to its natural properties, may tarnish to varying degrees depending on individual wear habits, environment, and body chemistry. This is a normal phenomenon. In addition to daily rinsing with clean water and drying before storing in a resealable bag to minimize air exposure, you can also gently polish the jewelry with a silver polishing cloth to restore its shine. Alternatively, you can soak the silver jewelry in hot water with salt and aluminum foil for a few seconds, then rinse with clean water and dry. All items sold by the studio come with complimentary professional maintenance and cleaning services. Feel free to mail your items back to the studio with return postage to enjoy this benefit. * Sulfur-rich hot spring areas contain substances that can accelerate the tarnishing of silver jewelry. It is recommended to seal your jewelry in a resealable bag when visiting such areas. * Handmade items may have slight variations. If you have any questions or curiosities about the jewelry or the crafting process, please feel free to confirm with the designer before placing your order. * Gemstones are products of the earth, formed over hundreds or even thousands of years. Natural gemstones are rare and precious. Just as each person's character is influenced by their environment, some gemstones may contain minor inclusions, lines, or other natural marks left during their formation. These are all characteristics of natural gemstones. We encourage you to ask the designer for more information and discussion before purchasing. * For orders over NT$1,000, packaging will automatically include a box, a gift bag, and a silver polishing cloth. If you wish to practice environmental conservation and reduce carbon emissions, you can indicate your preference for eco-friendly packaging in the remarks section, and we will provide packaging with a thicker resealable bag and a gift box or paper bag.
