Since selling products online, we have encountered some malicious customers, such as malicious orders from other competitors (threatening us to remake the product with a bad review, and then asking for a full refund after re-delivery, and finally giving another bad review)
Each of our products is made by hand, stitch by stitch, with our whole heart and soul, taking a lot of time. It would be a harm to us to have a dispute with any customer.
All customers, please understand the following matters before ordering products.
Perfectionists, tough customers, other competitors, bad reviewers, and those who are pressed for time, please do not buy our products.
1. Because each product is hand-sewn, not machines, there will be slight deviations in the sewing techniques and dimensions of each work. This is the characteristic of hand-made products. Requests for returns, exchanges, remakes, and refunds using this as an excuse will not be accepted.
2. As each piece is made individually, the style and colour of the Wax thread and its buttons may vary due to material availability, and the principle is that it does not affect the actual function. Requests for return, exchange, remake or refund under this excuse will not be accepted.
3. Customized products (specially made products)
Products made according to the leather or stitching selected by the customer, engraved with specified text according to the customer's requirements, and modified product designs according to the customer's requirements are all considered customized orders and cannot be resold. Any strange excuses (such as being very disappointed that the product is not as good as expected, missing the opportunity to send it to someone due to delays in postal delivery, the product does not feel smooth enough, the color is different from the photo viewed on the computer) requesting return, exchange, remake, or refund will not be accepted.
