The decorative border can be chosen in your preferred color palette (e.g., reds, oranges, yellows or blues, purples), or you can provide an image for Rami to reference. ♥ Product Information: Number of Subjects: Two people (and fewer) Pose: Bust, excluding hand gestures. Style: The colors and characters in the illustration style are rendered expressively and are "not realistic." Photos with extreme upward or downward angles may result in discrepancies. You can provide full-body or half-body shots, but the subjects should not be too small. Rami will crop them into a bust view during the painting process. Please try not to crop out the face, hair, or top of the head in the photos. Send the original photo files to ensure sufficient resolution. Cropped screenshots may affect the artwork if the dimensions are insufficient. If you're unsure about which photo to choose, feel free to send 2-4 of your favorite photos to Rami, and she will help recommend the ones that will create a more compelling visual in the artwork. ♥ Process and Working Day Calculation: 1. Please send the photos you wish to have painted to Rami via message, along with any text or phrases you'd like to add. Then, place your order and complete the payment. If there are more than two people, remember to add the additional person(s) in the designated add-on section. 2. Working days will be calculated starting from the business day following your completed payment and confirmation of photos and text. Working days are: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Taiwanese national holidays. To ensure quality, the maximum working days for each custom painting is 10 working days. This means the product will be "shipped out" by the 10th working day at the latest. (If completed earlier, it will be shipped out sooner :)) 3. Shipping times are beyond Rami's control, and we cannot guarantee the duration or any unforeseen issues. International shipping, especially to Europe and the Americas, typically requires 20 days or more. Please refer to the postal service website for actual shipping times, considering operational schedules and peak/off-peak seasons. ♥ Packaging Instructions: "Let's support simple packaging together!" The completed artwork, if framed, will be protected with bubble wrap, and the outside will be cushioned with old newspapers or magazines for safety.
