Extended film rolls will have a 'transparent tape' connecting the segments. The casing for custom film rolls is shipped randomly. The casing is the one left over after shooting and is not brand new. Minor scratches or wear are normal; please do not order if this is not acceptable. 3. It is recommended to keep all photos in the same orientation for a more comfortable viewing experience. 4. For the basic custom intro, the film roll may easily get stuck in the film casing. Once stuck, it cannot be removed, and Paw Pad cannot offer any compensation. Please do not order if this is not acceptable. 5. What to do if the film roll gets stuck: 1: Want the casing, not the film: Treat the stuck film as a charm and preserve your memories forever. 2: Want the film, not the casing: Use scissors to carefully cut into the film exit of the casing to remove it, but the casing will be destroyed. 3: Have a photo shop remove it: Most photo shops have tools to remove film rolls. However, as this is not real film, it often scratches the photos or damages them upon removal, which is risky. 4: Search online for removal methods: Online methods using double-sided tape or other techniques are the most likely to result in safe removal. 6. Film roll preservation: Avoid moisture and heat to prevent mold inside the film or discoloration of the protective film. 7. For instructions on how to wind the film roll, please refer to the tutorial video at the end of the product page. 8. We do not recommend using collaged images, overexposed photos, group photos, or very dark photos. These can result in unattractive prints. If you have any doubts about your photos, please consult the designer. The product is made of transparent material. On cluttered or dark backgrounds, the background color will show through, causing visual confusion. It is recommended to view it against a pure white background or towards the sky with sunlight for the clearest image. 10. The photo frame ratio is 3cm x 2cm. If the ratio does not match, appropriate cropping will be done, avoiding faces or important subjects.
