Unlike PU or patent leather which appear flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and markings from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not flaws. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are inevitable. As long as the leather surface is not broken, we consider these within the normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to the perfect consistency of machine-made items, but it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain luster, gradually revealing a unique appearance that belongs to you. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, leather color can vary between different batches due to varying stock and storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between repeat orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order as a "customized product." Please specify your custom requests such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font" when ordering. If no specifications are provided upon ordering, you agree to the designer's choice for "stitching color" and "blank" for "embossed text." As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
