・There is a material preparation time for the event, and the time of the event can be changed. Requests for cancellation and refund 14 days before the start of the event will not be accepted.
・Cancellable but non-refundable, transferable but Knockout Metalwork does not intervene in any transfer matters.
▶ Ticketing Rules
**. After purchasing the ticket, the letter from the Knock Gold Trade Union will provide a proof of successful ticket purchase, and no physical ticket will be sent**
**. On the day of the event, please go to the registration office to show the successful registration notification letter or order to enter.**
**. If the ticket is refunded due to the consumer's personal factors, a 30% handling fee will be charged.**
. In case of force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Knockout Metalwork will take the initiative to contact for an extension or refund.
. If the participation in the activity is suspended due to factors that cannot be held accountable, no refund will be made.
. If the class is suspended due to natural disasters and other force majeure factors, Knock Metalwork will take the initiative to contact the postponement or refund
. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
