Twenty-four solar terms, rain, Guyu, Xiao Man, Mount species, white dew, are in the name of rice. Time-based, season after season of the crop life, from generation to generation tired under the sense of time we live in. Taiwan, however, has many different ethnic groups that blend in with different staple foods. This food calendar can be more complicated and more rich. However, it experienced a sense of sentiment of thousands of years of settling in and out. During the ten years, it felt extremely disturbed and lost its quarrel. Climate change is the harvest and growth of crops. It is based on eating and eating. It is no longer a matter of course that we eat seasonal food. We and our food are in a time-misplaced and treacherous age. By documenting the timing of crop life, we also document this current disorder and let us cherish the food together so that we can take a serious look at the farmer and his crops.
