The Air Knit fabric is made of 11% yak down and 81% organic cotton, and is made up of two thin layers of knit fabric layered together, which allows it to trap air and feel soft and moist against the skin. The back side that touches the skin is off-white and made from 100% organic cotton, making it safe for those with sensitive skin. The addition of a small amount of yak to the surface of the fabric gives it a natural greige color and adds warmth. The waist is finished with a thin core in the front, with darts removed to make it flat, and elastic in the back for gathering.
