In order to enable smooth progress, please read carefully for the details before any enquiries or bookings. “Carrie-on handcraft station” Custom made service arrangements: 1.      Provide preliminary information of your desired woolfelt piece 2.      We will send you a quoted price according to your information 3.      Settling the deposit to confirm booking within the stated due date 4.      Provide further details or requests of the woolfelt piece (e.g. posture, facial expression) 5.      Provide photos as references during the queuing process 6.      Making primary amendments of the finished piece 7.      Finalizing the piece 8.      The piece is ready for pick-up I.                    Preliminary information you should provide: 1.      Few original photos of your pet ( clear, sufficient light, unprocessed) 2.      Provide a separate photo with quotations for any specialized part/ details of your pet 3.      Provide a separate photo with quotations if you want to add any accessories (toys or clothes) 4.      Provide your desirable size of the piece: *Please note that Carrie-on handcart station will only accept 10cm or above for realistic piece. For those who wish to make a piece smaller than 10cm, we could only make a cartoon piece. Desirable size for the piece is between 10cm to 20 cm. If you wish to make a piece over 20cm, or even a 1:1 sized piece, please enquire us. The price will vary depending on the size of the piece. Under normal circumstances, the larger the size, more time and materials are needed to finish the piece thus the price will be higher. Please understand that all handmade pieces from Carrie-on handcraft station may have 1cm +/- reasonable error as we need to consider the proportion of the multi-dimensional piece. Please understand that there are no 100% perfect details in handmade pieces but we have tried our very best to make it as realistic as possible. Please reconsider your enquiry and order if you cannot accept any flaws of our handmade woolfelt pieces.
