Year by year, we are seeing progress in innovative mobile devices and electronic gadgets. After every keynote and electronics fair, we fill our pockets with new toys. Unless you’re a happy, eager beaver and is fine walking around with two unsightly bulge at the frontal nether region, you might want to consider swaggering with our brand new SideKeep EDC (every-day-carry) waist pouch. Comparing with our current Wannabie and Mannie; we wanted the new pouch to be slim but maintaining the capacity of Mannie. Instead of velcro, we went with YKK brand zips to provide easier access and an enclosure that is more durable to daily use. To ensure some level of protection from weather conditions, the zipper to the main compartment is protected with a shield; during wet conditions, water beads will roll off this shield before soaking thru. Most common items found in EDC are pens and swiss army knifes which can be stored and accessible with ease from a front pocket that is partitioned. Small mobile devices of any kind and size will find it’s place in a compartment lined with soft corduroy fabric. The main compartment is spacious. To ensure some level of control in space management, we’ve included two pockets for smaller random knick knacks; without these pockets, these smaller items tend to either clutter up the main compartment or scratch up your toys. With smaller items neatly tucked away, you’ll have the main compartment to your larger carry such as notepads, wallet, camera, extra mobile phone and etc. Finally, we top it off with a soft to the touch but tough as nail, 2″ industrial grade safety belt that is positioned ergonomically to hang from your waist with comfort. YKK brand side release buckle is highly durable and you can expect it to withstand the pressure should you decide to binge it out at a buffet.
