Our story: In a traditional Taiwanese home, the eldest daughter has unique responsibilities. We use organic Hualien chili peppers, Yunlin Beigang-grown garlic, Pingtung Hakka Douchi, heirloom white sesame oil, homemade preserved Hakka radish, and premium, certified Chinese herbs. 2. Although we use hot peppers, our sauce is mild and doesn’t irritate the throat. It’s flavorful, but not overbearing, yet it has a full aroma. We utilize the piquant mixture of The Hualien chili and Sichuan pepper, and the distinctive initial and after tastes of Chinese herbs to create a unique flavor, which is enhanced by our pure, premium sesame oil. 3. Complex cooking procedures infuse these fine ingredients and create layers of red-hot fragrance and flavor. We find that it mimics the gratitude of The Eldest Daughter. 4.
